Our extensive experience in advising on such transactions ranges from simple pleasure yachts to common commercial sea-going vessels and superyachts and even vessels and structures in the shipbuilding industry such as floating docks. Furthermore, the firm has dealt with a range of transactions concerning port and shipping assets.

• Negotiations with the prospective Seller or Buyer on all aspects of sale & purchase transaction;

• Reviewing documentation and dealing with various Registers in order to ensure that the ship or yacht has been sold/purchased free and clear of all liens, charges, claims, mortgages, encumbrances or any other debts whatsoever;

• Drafting or reviewing Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) or Sell and Purchase Contract;

• Drafting or reviewing Bill of Sale and Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance.
