P&I claims (Cargo claims, Personal Injury & Crew Claims)

We have gained extensive experience in P&I claims handling, acting as correspondents for some of the biggest members of the International Group of Protection & Indemnity Clubs. We are also instructed by various P&I Clubs or their members for claims related activity and mostly for cargo claims, ship repair yards and marine ports in Montenegro for claims incidental to that activity.

Over the past few years, with great success we have provided our comprehensive legal services to seafarers by handling their claims against ship owners/operators and their liability insurers.

• Claims for unpaid wages and other financial claims under employment contract e.g. repatriation, abandonment;
